Head Coach of the Armenian Women's National Weightlifting Team. Over his long coaching career he has developed multiple international-level athletes.
Among Nersisyan's pupils is Mel (Meline) Daluzyan — Armenia's first European Champion in women's weightlifting (2007, 2008).
